Schedule

Night and Day rotating shifts: 3x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30 or 07:00 - 19:30). Shifts may be variable based on operational needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide care in a dynamic hospital environment, with the potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department, catering to a similar patient population.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess health status.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele specialty prior to travel assignments.
• Must have 18 months of recent Med/Surg/Tele experience; travel experience is acceptable.
• MUST have a valid Ohio RN license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation.
