Night and Day shifts available: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30 or 07:00 - 19:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Tele RN to provide care within a high-acuity hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to float to various units as needed, providing essential care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Med/Surg Tele unit
• Monitor patient vitals and ECG rhythm recognition
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing
• Current and valid Ohio RN license or Compact license
• American Red Cross or equivalent certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Ability to float between units as necessary
• Must work at least every other holiday
