Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular ICU Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in our 8-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. This role includes participation in an expanded Cardiac Rehabilitation and Outpatient therapy departments, as well as pre and post cardiac catheterization lab activities associated with our three cardiac catheterization labs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Cardiovascular ICU.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess conditions to assist in early detection of complications.
• Collaborate with medical teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement activities in the ICU setting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Arkansas.
• Previous experience in Cardiovascular ICU preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
