Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to Join our team in providing quality, compassionate healthcare in a Joint Commission Accredited facility. The ideal candidate will encompass both inpatient and outpatient care, engaging in a spectrum of diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' progress and provide regular updates to the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN License in the state of New Mexico
• Must undergo fingerprinting and background checks as per New Mexico state requirements
• Required certifications relevant to nursing practice
