Schedule

This position offers a schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult patients in the operating room setting. Ideal candidates should possess OR experience, particularly in orthopedic or neurological specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in condition.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment and equipment.
• Participate in patient education and support pre-operative and post-operative processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license (ADN or BSN).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the operating room.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required.
