Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Healthcare Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where they can demonstrate their clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties and responsibilities as outlined in departmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the facility.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to provide optimal care for patients.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state license required.
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• Mandatory health screenings, including COVID-19 vaccine and drug screening.
• Completion of background checks and education verification.
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form must be signed.
