Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team during a critical expansion phase. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and deliver appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, safety standards, and protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Completion of Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check and Education Verification required.
• Must complete required immunizations and screenings, including Fit Test and Trinity Color Vision.
• COVID-19 vaccination required, unless exempt.
