Ultrasound Technologist - Multispecialty

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (07:00 - 17:30). On-call required from 5 PM - 8 AM Monday through Friday, and 24 hours on weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a certified Ultrasound Technologist with multispecialty experience. This position requires proficiency in general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, obstetrics, breast imaging, transvaginal ultrasound, vascular imaging, echocardiograms, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to general, fetal, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, and echocardiogram studies.
• Assist with precepting and mentoring of new clinicians as necessary.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in the Charting System (Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ultrasound imaging, specifically with multispecialty skills.
• Current certifications required: ARDMS, ARDMS RVT, BLS, CCI, CCI or RDCSS.
• Compact state license in hand at submission.
