Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with critical care experience to provide high-quality respiratory care services to patients. This role requires expertise in ventilator management, monitoring, and dealing with complex cases, including trauma and adult ICU patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage ventilator settings and weaning protocols.
• Provide respiratory therapy for trauma, burn, and critically ill patients.
• Assist with airway management, including intubation and tracheostomy care.
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and other diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Epic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be an RRT with a valid Washington state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience within the last 12 months.
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; open to training.
• Current BLS certification is required.
