Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the night shift. The role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient-centric care.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
