Schedule

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with expectations to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. Includes 3 call shifts (12hr) x 4 weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Circulating RN to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in thoracic and vascular procedures, including heart and valve replacements. You will work in a dynamic environment with a focus on exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Circulate surgical procedures in various specialties including orthopedics, neurology, vascular, trauma, and robotic cases.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care throughout the surgical process.
• Coordinate with surgical teams and assist in the preparation and positioning of patients.
• Utilize advanced technology and equipment such as the XI Robot and Mako joint robot.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• RN license with active state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in thoracic and vascular surgery.
• Expertise in procedures such as Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Fem-Pop Bypass, and Mitral or Aortic Valve Replacement.
