This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day Shift: 4x10-Hour schedule from 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM, with occasional shifts extending to 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM. On-call requirements include one weeknight every other week and 1-2 weekends during the contract period.

Job Description

The Vascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing imaging procedures and assisting in interventional radiology procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the process. This role involves collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular interventional radiologic procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience as a Vascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT certification, SCQRSA certification, and BLS required.
• Ability to float within the scope of practice to meet facility needs is not required.
• Active South Carolina Radiologic Technologist license preferred.
