Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for a broad range of conditions, including ortho and neuro cases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Manage patient caseload and ensure documentation compliance.
• Utilize appropriate modalities and therapeutic techniques to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of rehabilitation practices.
