Pediatric Registered Nurse - Hematology/Oncology

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse with inpatient experience to join our team, specializing in Hematology/Oncology care. This position requires a strong background in pediatrics and the ability to manage complex patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in hematology and oncology
• Administer medications and manage treatment regimens
• Monitor patient vital signs and develop care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for accurate documentation

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of Pediatric inpatient nursing experience
• Pediatric Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
• Ability to handle high flow nasal cannula, trach, g-tube, and j-tubes
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• EPIC experience is mandatory

Schedule

This is a night shift position from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
