Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team focuses on evaluating and treating patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature.

We offer a variety of services in the areas of sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance, and spinal therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical mobility and functional independence challenges.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions in various rehabilitation areas.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
