Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist Position

8-hour day shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

The Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist will provide high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting, primarily focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, implementing individualized therapy plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Administer therapeutic interventions in accordance with the treatment plan.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Provide education to patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and preventive care.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare team members.
• Float to other clinics as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• First time travelers and new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is required.
