Night shift: 22:00 - 08:30, 4 x 10 hour shifts, rotating weekends.

Job Description

The Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) plays a crucial role in the laboratory, performing a variety of tests in areas such as Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Microbiology. The ideal candidate will have strong basic laboratory knowledge and the ability to critically think and troubleshoot various scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
• State of Nevada General Supervisor License.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
