7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12hr Days. Must float to Med/Surg or Post-Partum as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and reliable Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Unit. This is a small community hospital setting where you will have the opportunity to provide care to children and adolescents. The pediatric patient ratio is 1:3, with a maximum of 3 patients scheduled at a time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Coordinate with Family Birthplace staff and ensure effective communication.
• Utilize skills in Meditech Expanse to manage patient records.
• Provide support and education to families regarding their child's care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3 years of current pediatric nursing experience.
• Active Massachusetts RN License.
• Active American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Adult Medical-Surgical experience preferred.
• Experience with Meditech Expanse strongly preferred.
• Must have a permanent address and own vehicle.
