Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an Operating Room Nurse awaits at a major healthcare provider in Northern New Mexico. This facility, a 47-bed acute care hospital, is looking for a skilled nursing professional to join their team in providing high-quality patient care in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Prepare patients for surgery and assist during surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage anesthesia as necessary.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the OR.
• Conduct post-operative assessments and provide patient education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Significant experience in the operating room setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
