Job Description

Join our premier healthcare facility in Western Colorado as a Physical Therapist at our outpatient clinic in Silt. Due to an increase in patient volume, we are expanding our Rehab staff to reduce wait times. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses, focusing on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. Additionally, you will educate patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on effective home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado.
• At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
