Job Description

Assist and supervise the nursing activities of the facility to ensure the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times. A Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check is required.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Nursing Supervisor include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing nursing practices and patient care within the facility.
• Ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Providing training and support to nursing staff.
• Implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must meet all job description qualifications and necessary certifications. Strong focus on quality care and staff supervision is essential.
