Working 4-10 hour days per week. Weekdays will vary, but will include a Saturday schedule.

Job Description

Join our premier healthcare facility as an Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist in our Willits Clinic. Due to a rise in patient volume, we are expanding our Rehab staff to reduce wait times and improve patient care. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans for various diagnoses with the aim of enhancing strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. Additionally, you will educate patients and their caregivers on effective home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans.
• Implement rehabilitation techniques to improve strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado.
• At least two years of PT experience; three to five years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
