Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at a small, rural Critical Access Hospital. This position offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the serene beauty and western charm of Montana while providing essential care in our Long-Term Care (LTC) and acute/swing bed settings.

Responsibilities

• Work confidently in LTC and acute/swing bed care settings.
• Oversee and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).
• Assist with routine patient care including rounds and toileting during night shifts.
• Collaborate as part of a team consisting of 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 CNA during each shift.
• Provide compassionate care to a current LTC census of approximately 15 patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification required.
• Must be a team player, demonstrating a willingness to assist fellow staff members.
