Day Shift (0630-1900), three twelve-hour shifts weekly (36 hours), with no guarantee of hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide continuous airway management and ventilator support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for physician consulting, CPR, and all aspects of respiratory care.

Responsibilities

• Continuous airway management for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations.
• Management and support of ventilator and non-invasive ventilator systems.
• Conduct consultations with physicians regarding patient care.
• Perform CPR and other respiratory care duties as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Must possess and maintain an RRT certification.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NRP preferred.
• State of Hawaii respiratory therapist license required before the start of the assignment.
• Proof of flu vaccination or an approved application for medical or religious exception is mandatory prior to contract start date.
