Shift: 3x12s, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM, every third weekend.

Job Description

The Inpatient Rehab RN position involves working in a CARF accredited inpatient rehab unit that collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery. The RN will work primarily with patients experiencing neurological diagnoses such as stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord dysfunction, among others.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and implement care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Must hold a current BLS certification and obtain Quality Indicator credentialing within three months of hire.
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate; first-time travelers are welcome.
