8-hour Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 5 days a week, with every other weekend included.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures while ensuring a sterile environment. You will be required to float to various units within your competencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring sterile techniques are followed.
• Float to various units as required, based on operational need.
• Complete all necessary compliance documents prior to the start date.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring all instruments are available and functioning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a Surgical Technologist Certification or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field with prior travel experience preferred.
• Candidates must be prepared to pass Basic and Advanced Dysrhythmia tests prior to assignment.
