NICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Night shift from 18:30 to 07:00, working 3 nights a week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse with experience in a level 3 NICU unit. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to neonates and working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. The position requires the ability to handle various responsibilities, including managing complex patient needs and participating in patient care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a level 3 NICU setting.
• Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including vital signs and developmental needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess and plan patient care.
• Educate families and caregivers on patient care and health issues.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a NICU setting (travel experience preferred).
• Current BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Experience managing patient ratios of 3-4 infants.
• Familiarity with various charting systems.
• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license is required at the time of submission.
