Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week with occasional day shift requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift ICU RN who is willing to float to Med/Surg as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and the ability to adapt to varying assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and make critical decisions as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status and changes.
• Float to Med/Surg when required to ensure patient care continuity.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of current ICU / Critical Care experience.
• Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
• BSN is highly preferred.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Active American Heart Association PALS certification.
• License verification required; all licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission.
• Permanent address must be included in submission file, and candidates' permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility.
