Job Description

Seeking a skilled Med Surg RN for a travel position at a reputable healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, adhere to best practices in nursing, and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• NIHSS Certification
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Must have a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility
