Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with nursing staff and physicians, ensuring optimal patient care while maintaining comprehensive documentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients and their families are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with the RN and MD to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records as required.
• Shift attentiveness between tasks to meet the dynamic needs of patients and staff.
• Foster a trusting environment with patients, families, and team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Proven documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
