Full Time 3x12 day shift (7a-7:30p) with holiday and every other weekend shifts required.

Job Description

This position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care across multiple units including MedSurg, ICU, and ER. The nurse must be cross-trained and comfortable floating between units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care and emergency services to patients across various care units.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Maintain confidential information and exhibit professional behavior.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a team environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• BSN required.
• Critical care experience required; minimum 1 year in MedSurg, Tele, or Critical Care units.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS through AHA or RQI system.
• Basic Coronary Care certification required within 6 months of hire.
• CPI certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: ENA certification within 2 years; TNCC recommended within 2 years.
