Schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4x10-hour shifts (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM) or 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM). Weekend rotation is required, with shifts from 8:00 AM to Noon on Saturday and Sunday.

Job Description

As an Echo Technician, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other required tests while ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will conduct up to 12 tests daily and be part of a call rotation, contributing to the overall care of patients in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and related diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain patient care standards and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Participate in a call rotation and weekend work as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Technician.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS, RCCS) certification is required.
• Radiation badge provided by the agency.
• Must be willing to train and assist in onboarding new staff.
