Night shift: 12 hours per day, 3 days a week.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Neuro ICU/IMCU RNs to join our team. Nurses will be working in both ICU and stepdown settings and may likely float between the two. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:2 in ICU and 3:4 in stepdown.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neuro patients in ICU and stepdown settings.
• Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans.
• Float between ICU and stepdown units as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or neuro specialties.
• Must have strong experience in neuro nursing.
• Valid RN license and current certifications required.
• Work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days.
• Skills checklist and references must be included.
