Job Description

The Imaging Technologist will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services in an acute care hospital setting. The successful candidate will perform advanced imaging procedures and maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and imaging procedures as per protocols.
• Ensure all imaging equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports using the Epic charting system.
• Administer contrast media and perform venipuncture as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all imaging processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT R certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Venipuncture certification required.
• Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in imaging, with a preference for hospital settings.
