Job Description

The orthopedic surgical Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing outstanding care for patients undergoing orthopedic and trauma surgical procedures. Candidates must possess strong skills in ortho/trauma surgical nursing and demonstrate a commitment to quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the orthopedic surgical unit.
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative management of patients.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs for nursing intervention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgical nursing.
• No gaps greater than 60 days in work history or resume.
• Must possess a valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
• Skills Checklist and professional references required.
