Skilled Nurse - Local Only

This position involves a night shift schedule, working from 18:00 to 06:30.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and credentialed nurse who is ready to provide care in a skilled and long-term care environment. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and knowledge of Point of Care (POC) systems, as well as proficiency in Patient Care Charts (PCC), Medication Administration Records (MAR), and Treatment Administration Records (TAR). Candidates should have no history of no call/no show (NCNS) incidents or frequent call-outs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care on assigned days.
• Work with a Med Tech and another nurse during shifts.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and team members.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Credentialed and licensed to practice as a nurse.
• Proficient in PCC, MAR, and TAR.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
