Job Description

Join our dedicated team of rehabilitation professionals providing exceptional care to patients recovering from a variety of conditions, including strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. This role emphasizes improving the functional ability and quality of life of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for individuals in an inpatient rehab setting.
• Implement and evaluate treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• IRF or skilled nursing facility experience required.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferable.
