Shifts will be 4 - 10 hour shifts from Wednesday to Saturday.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons, maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patients. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, performing administrative duties, participating in performance improvement initiatives, pursuing professional growth, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment programs for patients.
• Implement and modify treatment as necessary.
• Participate in discharge planning and documentation.
• Perform administrative duties related to patient care.
• Engage in professional growth and skills advancement.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have ID OT license.
• Must have BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years recent OT hospital experience, preferably with acute rehab experience.
