Shift: 19:00 - 07:00
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend/As Needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg/Telemetry Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our adult and geriatric patient population in a fast-paced environment. The position requires floating to other medical-surgical units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including IV insertion and medication management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health issues.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required prior to start.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Med Surg setting preferred.
