Schedule

Will work Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts starting between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM.

Job Description

The Pediatric Echo Tech will be responsible for performing echocardiograms on pediatric patients, focusing on complex congenital heart defects. The role requires proficiency in scanning pediatric echocardiograms and an extensive knowledge of complex heart diseases and defects.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric echocardiograms.
• Enter full reports into the PACS system.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to assess and manage pediatric cardiac conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric echocardiography.
• Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS) with PE certification or CCI with RCCS certification required at the time of start.
• Experience with GE Vivid 95 and PACS systems preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to float between facilities as needed.
