Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing specialized therapy services in a hospital-based ambulatory clinic that supports various patient populations, including orthopedics, geriatrics, cardiopulmonary, neurological, lymphedema, and pelvic health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and create treatment plans for patients based on their needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Document progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Adhere to established quality and patient safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Active Arizona license or a Compact license required upon submission.
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification required.
• Additional certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Wound Care preferred.
