Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist position involves providing therapy services in a hospital-based ambulatory clinic setting. The clinic supports various specialties, including Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiopulmonary, Neurology, Lymphedema, and Pelvic Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and rehabilitation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy is required.
• Must hold an active Arizona license or a Compact license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) is required.
• Specialized certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Wound Care are preferred.
