Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a general floor position within a healthcare facility. The successful candidate will participate in a four-hour hospital orientation followed by an eight-hour shift on the floor. The role involves providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care according to healthcare standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting.
