Night shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Every 3rd weekend and holidays as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. The nurse will provide specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs, such as CVA, TBI, ABI, and spinal cord injuries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, including interpretation of laboratory results.
• Perform medication reconciliation and maintain patient health questionnaires.
• Administer dressing changes and set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays.
• Manage phlebotomy and capillary specimen labeling.
• Conduct telephone triage and handle pharmacy calls/patient refill requests.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of acute care rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• EPIC charting experience is a must.
• Pass fail EKG exam required during compliance process.
• Must have a valid nursing license.
