Schedule

Night shifts, 3x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:30. Every third weekend and holidays as needed.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Acute Care Rehabilitation department, you will provide specialized care for qualified patients with rehabilitation needs, including those recovering from strokes, aneurysms, and post-operative surgical care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret vital signs and laboratory results.
• Conduct medication reconciliation and patient health assessments.
• Perform dressing changes and prepare sterile procedure trays.
• Assist with phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Facilitate telephone triage and pharmacy refill requests.
• Maintain patient care documentation using the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience in acute care rehabilitation preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be proficient with the EPIC charting system.
• Pass a required EKG exam during compliance.
• Background check with no open cases required.
• License in hand required upon submission.
