Job Description

Join a dedicated team providing acute rehabilitation services within a community-focused healthcare environment. This role involves working with patients in various settings, including inpatient care and rehabilitation gym. The position emphasizes collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish plans of care
• Assist with patient rounds and care conferences as needed
• Frequent communication with the rehab team regarding patient progress and discharge needs
• Utilize various equipment and facilities for treatments

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have CPR certification
• Valid North Carolina Physical Therapy license
• Experience in a hospital or nursing home setting preferred
