Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support outpatient services as well as some acute care. The role involves providing a high level of patient care and ensuring that treatment plans are effectively implemented.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and acute care services.
• Assist in patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress assessments.
• Utilize a variety of skills and techniques including wound care, lymphedema management, and more.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Cerner charting system required.
• COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) is required, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons.
• Valid California state license required at the time of submission.
• Two supervisor references from the last 18 months are required for submission.
