Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role provides direct patient care within the scope of practice in a Telemetry Unit, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, quality patient care through effective nursing processes.
• Direct and guide patient/family education and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Communicate with physicians regarding changes in patients' clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• COVID vaccination and boosters preferred.
