Monday to Friday; start time is 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Job Description

The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiation therapy treatment to patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and patient care standards. The facility treats approximately 45-55 patients daily and maintains a patient ratio of 2 therapists per machine.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including 2 TrueBeam linear accelerators.
• Administer treatment plans as per the Radiation Oncologist's directives.
• Utilize Align RT (Vision RT) for surface guidance and ARIA for documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, dosimetrists, and physicists.
• Ensure a positive patient experience and maintain excellent Press Ganey scores.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with TrueBeam technology.
• Experience with Align RT (Vision RT) for surface guidance is required.
• Proficiency in the ARIA documentation system.
• Certification from AART is mandatory.
