Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Physical Therapist with experience in an acute care facility to join our team. The therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including Med Surg, Orthopedics, General Medical, and Neurologic cases, and will manage 7-9 patients daily. Participation in weekend shifts (one weekend per month) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and create treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an acute care facility.
• Current CA Physical Therapist License.
• BLS Certification.
• Previous acute care experience is essential.
